I bought something via the website but it is not entirely satisfactory. Can I send it back?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied in its original condition and packaging.  We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days minus shipping costs as soon as we have received the product(s) in good order.

How do I return the product?

You can return the completed returns form with the product(s) to us.
Please report your return (with order number) by email to customerservice@finitobazaar.com before sending the product(s).
